I'm Brandi Narvaez — founder and principal of Brandi Narvaez Consulting, Inc., a boutique cybersecurity consulting practice I've led since 2007. My work sits at the intersection of technical depth and executive communication: I help organizations understand their true risk exposure and build the programs and solutions to address it.
My clients are health systems, payers, organizations seeking assessment and other regulated enterprises facing complex challenges — a new regulatory requirement, a post-acquisition integration, a maturing SOC, or an IAM transformation that's desperately needed. I step in as a strategic partner and hands-on program leader, bringing structure, credibility, subject matter expertise and results.
